Hayley (and Kasey!) looked after Caiden, our very large 2 year old mixed breed, over CNY holidays this year. This was the second time we used House of Kasey - the first time being a year ago for an overnight stay as we had a house party. Even from this short stay, it was obvious that Haley was a dog lover from the way she was around dogs.

This time, Caiden stayed with them for 10 days and we received regular video and photo updates of his adventures. These included getting his first puppucino, fun hikes with other dogs, cuddles on the couch and even training sessions (Haley worked out really quickly that Caiden would do anything for treats)!

These updates were a source of constant delight to the family. However, they did lead to many discussions on our holiday on whether Caiden would refuse to get in the car to come home with us as he was clearly having a ball (thankfully, he complied) 😉

Hayley looked after my 6mo puppy Shiba Rocco during the month of January while I was away. She took such great care of him that he looked sad to leave.

For a new dog pawrent, I was constantly worried about Rocco - Hayley sent loads of updates everyday, which set my heart at ease. Also happy to follow his growth from afar!

For a smaller sized puppy who constantly got bullied by bigger dogs, it was amazing that Rocco had the company (and protection) of big sister Kasey, who taught him how to interact with larger sized dogs, and saved him from unwanted situations. Rocco has grown to become so confident and comfortable with hanging out around larger dogs at the park.

Hayley also gives helpful advice on how to take care of dogs, including diet, grooming, training. Personally I’ve also become a better pawrent with Hayley’s “training”.

I’ll definitely board Rocco with Hayley and Kasey again in future if the situation requires! Felt so safe, with Hayley taking the initiative to groom, deshed, pamper with nice treats, provide home medication when unwell. Thank you!

Hayley is simply a dog-nanny extraordinaire! I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for an a highly dog-knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy dog nanny!

My dog Gucci who is a bit anxious is suddenly calmed in her presence. Hayley’s dog-centric approach is able to give personal attention to each dog’s personality, I’ve seen her apply her loving care to all dogs of different shapes, sizes and personalities. From super active and less trained puppies to older dogs. I would highly recommend her even for more extended stays; she gives regular updates and even training advice. I am a bit anxious about leaving my dog with others sometimes but she gives me complete piece of mind, thanks, Hayley!

This pet boarding is awesome, before the boarding we’ve met up and discussed my dogs’ behaviours, any special needs, and also a chance for our dogs to meet Kasey for the first time. They got along straight away. Later we dropped off our dogs, Hayley kept us updated daily on their activities and whether they were eating or not. We provided kibbles for the stay and in addition Hayley also cooked up some bone broths which our dogs loved. Hayley’s place has a massive rooftop, and my dogs have walks daily. Overall it was a good experience, will definitely use this boarding service again when we next go on Holiday

Thank you for such a great boarding experience! Canary is an anxious girl with quite a bit of separation anxiety but Hayley ensured she knew all about her quirks before her stay with a meet and greet beforehand.

It was super reassuring to know that Hayley had experience with skittish dogs and was very understanding and patient with Canary. Given how difficult it is for Canary to be away from her usual home environment, I could not recommend this boarding experience more. Hayley is a dog lover and very understanding and patient. I trust that Canary is in safe hands and would definitely choose to board Canary with Hayley and Kasey again!

Hayley is an absolutely wonderful dog mum for your dog! She has a beautiful pup called Kasey who made friends with my very quiet dog very quickly. My dog (anna) is very attached to me as she is a rescue but in the many photos and videos hayley sent me each day I could see anna was completely comfortable with hayley and I even saw new little things blossom in her character. I can't recommend hayley highly enough, and I can't imagine homing my anna with anybody else next time I go away. Thanks so much hayley and Kasey!

Hendrix had such a good time with Kasey and Hayley that I had to drag her back home!

She stayed for over a month while we were in Australia. Daily updates, constant companionship and a loving environment made her stay absolutely guilt-free for us. I felt totally confident she was having the best time and was in the best of care.

Hendrix came home to us very happy, healthy and maybe even a little more well behaved ;)

Hayley looked after our golden retriever puppy Bailey over Christmas whilst we were away. Hayley was excellent in beginning Bailey’s toilet training and walking. We were so grateful for her personalised attention and care for our puppy. She gave daily updates on what Baliey was up to with photos for peace of mind. Hayley also gave us many tips on nutrition and training, which has been very useful. We will absolutely be booking Hayley again!!

Hayley kept us informed with pictures and videos and really helped my dog socialise with his new neighbours. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!
