Vaccination Record: Please kindly send over the vaccination record your pet by email or via whatsapp to 93834282 for reservation. ** Please be reminded that all the vaccines should be valid during the boarding period. *** Your pet should have the annual vaccine (Every year), kennel cough vaccine (Every year) and Rabies shot (Every 3 years) to meet with our boarding requirement.
Agreement: In order to submit your booking form, you must read and accept our Exemption Letter, House rule and Service Agreement.
